Thor: The Dark World movie review

During Phase 1 of the Avengers Initiative, the introduction of Thor was done well in a more creative manner. It took an anomaly like the Asgardian Bifrost Bridge to make it a premise for the Mighty Avenger.

Just like the first Thor movie, the sequel explored more of the Norse mythology and applied it in reality. Just like the previous movie, it is revealed that Asgardians are more alien than gods as mythology said and it’s nothing new.

The ancient alien theory states that in the past, the gods were actually aliens visiting our planet and influenced humanity. Because of the gods’ powerful abilities, our ancestors revered them as gods which in reality were advanced technology and there were proof that were revealed in artifacts.

Usually, the sequels were not that good but The Dark World proved that it progressed. Thor and Loki were not my favorite comic book characters but it was made interesting because of Tom Hiddleston portrayal of the god of mischief.

Loki was considered the best villain in Avengers and this movie. Fans enjoyed it. In the end, it is not just a movie for kids but for those who are looking forward of the progression of Marvel Universe in the cinema.

Thor: The Dark World is released and distributed by Marvel Studios through Walt Disney Pictures.
