Dawn Of The Planet Of The Apes movie review
Story: Takes place ten years after the global epidemic and Caesar is now fully grown and his fellow apes finally made a civilization not far from the human colony in San Francisco.
The movie shows how they slowly develop into something incredible in the ape society that we never imagined. If you are familiar with the old movie series, you will get to understand. For the new generation, you will get to see it first hand.
The best part of the movie was the battle and the ethics behind the situation. You will understand how both sides' point of view affects the outcome of their delicate situation. As for the acting, the best performance still comes from Andy Serkis as Caesar. The combination of computer imagery and acting convinced me that Serkis was really an ape.
I am satisfied with how the movie ends but there is no closure yet that will lead to the events of the original movie. Dawn Of The Planet Of The Apes is now showing in Philippine cinemas and is released by Twentieth Century Fox. For more movie reviews, follow this blog or like my Facebook page the L.E.N.S. blogs.
