Filbar's Host Their Second Free Comic Book Day

Once again, Filbar's will have their second Free Comic Book Day not only in their Megamall branch but also in Fairview Terraces which adds more choices to go. I got to experience their first FBCD and I admit that it was fun.

Filbar's will be systematic for this year's FCBD. Instead of falling in line to get the comic book, You will be given a flash pass which I think will be numbered so you can come back for the comic books later. The reason for this is to avoid long lines and it will give the staff to prepare since two comic books will be given and a Marvel character mask. No purchase required.

In addition for the freebies, comic book artists will be drawing your favorite characters for any single purchase. You will be given a sketchpad ashcan which will be used for that drawing. Check out the list of artists present for the two branches(see photo above) but I am looking forward for Carlo Vergara because Paano Ako Maging Leading Lady, his one-act play turned graphic novel is now a musical.
