Despicable Movie Review of Depicable Me 2

Story: Sequel to Despicable Me. Former villain Gru is having a not-so-normal life as a foster father to his three girls when the Anti-Villains League seeks his help.

Review: Illumination Studios made a name for itself for Despicable Me. Since then, Illumination Studios made the Minions its flagship characters. It was their teaser trailer that started the hype over a year ago when they started singing "Ba-ba-ba...".

Steve Carell reprises his role as Gru along with the other characters and of course, the minions. For Gru, there were character development on his part. The youngest of the girls, Agnes, was the soul of the movie. You can't ignore but sigh when she speaks.

As for the minions, they're as hilarious as ever. They dominate the movie mostly. As for the IMAX experience, it was worth it. It was also worthwhile because it's my first time to see the IMAX cinema at SM Aura. After the story, do wait during the credits. Despicable Me 2 is distributed and released by United International Pictures and locally through Solar Entertainment Corporation.
