Transformers: Age Of Extinction launch at SM MOA Atrium
Few blog posts ago,
I announced that the movies Noah and Transformers: Age Of Extinction
are given a go-signal to be shown in Philippine cinemas. Last Friday,
SM Cinemas welcomes the return of Transformers with an
almost-up-to-scale display of the ultimate wildcard Grimlock, leader
of the Dinobots.
Besides the toy
merchandise from HASBRO, SM Malls announces that there will be
ongoing gimmicks and promos before the opening day of the movie on
June 25. I am also impressed with the background that has the mock
billboard with the words "Remember Chicago". Reference to
the last Transformers movie, "Dark of The Moon".
In addition of the
display, Oreo joins the Transformers trend with their limited edition
flavors: Prime Berry Creme with Optimus Prime on the packaging and
Action Fruit Creme with Bumblebee on its packaging. I had the
opportunity to try out one flavor when I bought a pack a week
earlier. Oreo has a something special in store for you when you buy
in packs and it is not just the stickers inside.
Also on display, the
Camaro mode of Bumblebee used in the second movie. The whole activity
area is like a Transformers merchandise expo which includes kids wear
and more.
The movie took place
years after the catastrophic events of Chicago and the Autobots are
in hiding from being hunted down until a struggling inventor
discovers Optimus Prime and a new battle is about to begin when they
are now stuck in between their hunters: the Decepticons and the U.S.
government.
Transformers: Age Of
Extinction is distributed by United International Pictures through
Columbia Pictures Philippines. For more Transformers 4 updates,
